Alana De La Garza is an amazing actress who is leaving a mark on the small screen. De La Garza is a stunning actress born in the year 1976, in Columbus Ohio to a Mexican American dad as well as an Irish American mom. Then she began moving to Texas in search of an athletic therapy profession in the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't stay long in Texas prior to moving to Orlando, Florida. In Orlando, she played many roles, ranging in local independent films as well as global commercials. Her passion for acting quickly grew for the art of acting even in small role. In 2001, she moved to New York where her first role was on All My Children's soap-opera in the role of Rosa Santos. She had minor roles on JAG The Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men during the first half of 2000. Her first major part came in the year 2004, on the underrated drama The Mountain. De La Garza, who was Maria Serrano on The Mountain was fortunate to have starred with a variety of famous TV actors, such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pilegget and Mitch Pilegget. Her most famous role was Law & Order, where she portrayed A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. The actress appeared on the show 85 times. Her character was later seen on the short-lived spin-off Law & Order: LA. The character she played has earned De La Garza numerous nominations, including Best Supporting Actress - Television by the Imagen Foundation Awards and even numerous ALMA Award noms. The National Hispanic Media Coalition awarded her with the Impact Award, which is given for outstanding performances in the drama series. De La Garza was then chosen as a recurring character on CSI Miami. She was cast in the role of Marisol Delko, the wife of David Caruso's Horatio. In the role of the character Dr. Lena Solis, she was most recently seen on the NBC's dark and tense drama Do No Harm. It was eventually cancelled after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her parents are a Italian father as well as a brother Cory which is a years older than her. Milano was raised in an orthodox, religious family. Milano started her acting career when she was seven years old after her babysitter accompanied her in an audition. The audition she took part in was one of over 1000 hopefuls. Milano was chosen as one of only four girls. Milano appeared in commercials for television and on off-Broadway plays, among them the very first American musical version of Jane Eyre.
